Due to advanced scheduling requirements, Blue Foot Tours & Expeditions has a cancellation policy. If we receive your cancellation through any Customer Support Service (such as, online chat, mail, cellphone or Whatsapp concierge) before 24 hours in off season and 48 hours in high season before your tour or expedition, you can expect a full refund. Cancellations received less than the time mentioned before will not be refunded. We understand that some situations, including flight delays, weather issues, and amongst many others, are beyond our control. In these cases, we may be able to switch your reservation to another date and time. From time to time, unpredictable weather may impact our tours routes and stops, Blue Foot reserves the right to cancel or move your booking to another date and time.
Modifications to the schedule, date, or activity to your reservation can be requested 24 hours before during off season and 48 hours before during high season through our Customer Support Service (such as online chat, mail, telephone or Whatsapp concierge). All modifications are subject to availability.
Please notice that not showing up or late arrivals will not be refunded.
